The appointment reflects Land O’Frost’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its "One Team" culture—a value built on trust, collaboration, and respect.

Since joining Land O’Frost in 2015, Howard has consistently demonstrated a "people-first" mindset. In her new role, she will lead the company’s operations, focusing on accelerating innovation, including deepening integration between manufacturing plants and planning teams.
