Wood to lead Toyota Material Handling

Industrial lift truck supplier Toyota Material Handling USA Inc., Irvine, Calif., said it promoted Brett Wood to president, effective immediately. He assumes the title from Dr. Shankar Basu, who remains chairman and CEO. Wood formerly served as Toyota's vice president of marketing, product and strategic planning and training operations. He also has managed the company's dealer development efforts.
