Refrigerated and frozen juice processor Welch's, Concord, Mass., said it hired Brad Irwin as president and CEO effective February 16, 2009. Irwin previously was president of Cadbury Adams North America LLC, the confectionery business of Cadbury Schweppes plc. He joined Cadbury in 2000 after 20 years with CPG giant Procter & Gamble. Irwin succeeds David Lukiewski, who retired last October.
