LOGISTICS BRIEFS: Supply chain services provider Nordic Cold Storage LLC, Atlanta, said it completed an addition (10,000 pallet positions) at its Rockmart, Ga., location, one of three metro-Atlanta facilities. "Demand continues to grow, especially for our dedicated programs tailored to national firms such as Wayne Farms LLC," said Don Schoenl, Nordic chief executive officer. Nordic operates 13 locations throughout the Southeast. . . .  Logistics software supplier Descartes Systems Group, Waterloo, Ont., Canada, said it purchased Oceanwide Inc., a logistics management software supplier to customs brokers and freight forwarders. Included are Oceanwide staff and offices in Montreal, Quebec, and Miami.
