Dairy giantDean Foods Company, Dallas, said it promoted Tommy Zanetich, 59, to executive vice president of human resources.
"Tommy is a strong leader with an outstanding ability to develop and motivate people, bring teams through significant change and align HR strategy with business strategy," said Gregg Engles, chairman and CEO. "Dean Foods will benefit from his wealth of experience and practical approach as we accelerate our efforts to take cost out of the system and build necessary capability."
Zanetich joined Dean Foods in 2006 as senior vice president, human resources, for the company's WhiteWave Foods division. Prior to Dean Foods, Zanetich was vice president, human resources, for Kraft Foods North America Customer Development.
