Cucina Fresca updated its brand to “Cucina Fresca Gourmet Foods” to better capture its full range of product offerings. As a result, the Seattle, Wash., company added two new products to its lineup of fresh pastas, sauces and gourmet dishes.
Who needs chicken soup for the soul when you can take comfort in a bowl of macaroni and cheese. That’s why the Sharp Cheddar Mac and Cheese dish is carefully handmade in small batches using all-natural ingredients. Plus, it features eggless penne pasta accompanied with rich, creamy sauce made with rBST-free milk, fresh cheeses and a touch of whole creamery butter.
Meanwhile, the Spinach and Cheese Lazy Lasagna consists of fresh ravioli and sauce layered in “lazy” lasagna fashion and topped with fresh whole milk mozzarella. Each helping is hand-assembled in oven-ready pans, making it ready to cook.
