Schneider Packaging Nabs S&R Machinery
Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc., a Beaverton, Ore.-based manufacturer of end-of-line solutions for case packing and palletizing needs, acquired the assets of S&R Machinery, a premier supplier of both random and uniform case sealers based in Olyphant, Pa.
“The addition of S&R’s random and uniform case sealing machinery expands our standard equipment portfolio and also complements our existing line of case packers and palletizers,” says Richard Schneider, president of Schneider Packaging. “S&R’s random case sealing technology enables us to provide a broader set of packaging equipment solutions to a wider market.”
The Olyphant facility will continue operations.
