Available in sizes from 0.5 to 1,000-plus gallons, GPE steam jacket kettles can be custom built for any application. Options include one- or two-piece covers, tilting capability, strainers, baskets, agitators and sanitary outlet valves in a variety of sizes and configurations. Constructed with stainless-steel grade 304 and 316 with options, including Hastelloy, the kettles have solid internal parts. They are used in the preparation of large quantities of soups, sauces, ready-to-eat meals, hummus, beverages and meats.
