The innovative oven design employs a patented vertical oven Dunbar direct gas-fired oven process available with radiant, direct-fired convection or hybrid radiant heating. It conveys products through multiple horizontal levels in a distinctive “S-Shape,” achieving a footprint one-tenth the size of tunnel ovens.
