Stellar, Jacksonville, Fla., is expanding its services in the Western region, now offering design-build support, construction management, master planning and feasibility studies in its Modesto, Calif., office. The expanded operation will service Stellar’s large food, beverage and cold storage client base headquartered or facilitated in the region.

David Scheele, a construction industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, will head up the office, working with Brian Kappele, senior vice president, food group, and Mike Netting, divisional vice president. “We’ve built numerous facilities in the Western region, totaling more than 132 million square footage," says Kappele.
