Frozen Pepperoni Rolls, Ciabatta Dough
Orlando Baking Co., Cleveland, Ohio, added frozen Pepperoni Rolls and Ciabatta Dough to its portfolio of frozen products. 
Each 4-pack of Pepperoni Rolls features a blend of pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and Italian herbs, and are in stores at Dave's, Discount Drug Mart, Heinen's, Marc's and Zagara's.
Meanwhile, the "Ciabatta dough is a very special artisan dough unlike most pizza and bread doughs," said Nick Orlando, Jr., vice president of sales and marketing. "Due to its unique characteristics, it bakes into a crisp, chewy and airy texture that turns everyday pizza into gourmet pizza. It's also great for making bread, rolls, calzones and breadsticks."
The dough originally debuted exclusively at Gallucci's Italian Foods, and now is available for foodservice and at all Heinen's retail locations.
