Cloud Packaging Equipment, Des Plaines, Ill., launched the Robert’s SPF single point fill standup pouch packaging machine for pre-made bags.

The Robert’s SPF handles many sizes and styles of pre-made pouches, including reclosable stand-up bags. It fills and seals bags ranging from a few ounces to over 15 pounds, allowing users to fill individual snack packs and large club store sizes on a single machine. Package and product changeovers can be accomplished in 20 minutes or less.

This high-efficiency, servo-driven machine reduces waste with advanced pouch opening features and rejects bags that fail to open in a way that allows them to be re-used.

It also runs at up to 35 pouches per minute.
