TPC Wire & Cable Corp. (TPC), Macedonia, Ohio, completed the acquisition of Enersave Wire & Cable (EWC).

Founded in 1978, TPC is a producer of high-performance, high-quality wire, cable and connectors used in harsh industrial applications. This acquisition is aligned with TPC’s strategy to further expand assembly services and product inventory into Mexico, and will accelerate TPC’s growth in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America through the addition of direct sales, local distribution and cable assembly capabilities.

Enersave is TPC’s first add-on under Audax Private Equity, which acquired TPC in May. The leadership team of EWC will remain with the business.
