Audax Group, Boston, acquired TPC Wire & Cable Corp. from Chicago-based private equity group Pfingsten Partners.

Headquartered in Macedonia, Ohio, TPC Wire & Cable is produces high-performance, high-quality wire, cable and connectors used in harsh industrial applications in the food and beverage industry.
