Kent Corp., a family-owned food products and animal feed manufacturer based in Muscatine, Iowa, and its subsidiary Kent Precision Foods Group (KPFG), St. Louis, Mo., acquired PouchTec Industries, LLC, a flexible packaging supplier based Foley, Minn.

KPFG is a dry and liquid food manufacturing company that specializes in providing high-quality products in the domestic and international foodservice, healthcare, industrial and consumer markets.
