Hollymatic, Countryside, Ill., released the Econoball 200 Meatball Former, which produces 1- to 3-ounce balls from beef, poultry, lamb and/or vegetables.

When attached to Hollymatic's R2200 portioning machine, this meatball system includes a trolley and a 115-volt wire belt take-away conveyor.

The new Econoball 200 can form meatballs from many different products, making it very versatile.
