Alliance Foods acquires Proactive Sales & Marketing
The acquisition of PSM aligns with Alliance’s strategic plan for continued expansion of its broker business.
Alliance Foods, Inc., Coldwater, Mich., acquired Proactive Sales & Marketing (PSM), a Chicago-based retail food brokerage firm serving Chicago and Milwaukee.

The acquisition of PSM aligns with Alliance’s strategic plan for continued expansion of its broker business. Alliance currently sells to retailers across the United States through its national sales and marketing (NSM) business unit, which will benefit from PSM’s presence and key relationships in Chicago, Milwaukee and other markets.
