Valley Cold Storage & Transportation, Las Cruces, N.M., announced plans to expand its Santa Teresa, Minn., operation. The $16.5 million project will create up to 10 new jobs in three years.

Valley Cold Storage and Transportation provides state-of-the-art refrigeration and transportation services to the retail, foodservice, food distribution and agriculture industries of Southern New Mexico, Northern Mexico and West Texas.
