Editorial Guidelines

R&FF Cold Chain Perspectives is a monthly column written by guests who are subject matter experts, designed to educate processors, manufacturers, logistics professionals and others on problem-solving solutions for today’s cold foods supply chain. Deadline: Columns are published monthly in the eMagazine and website. Deadlines to be determined by editor.

Guidelines include:

• Topic must be agreed upon by Editor in Chief Kelley Rodriguez.
• Topic must pertain to cold foods industry, including new product development, market trends, packaging, supply chain and logistics, cold storage, operations and management of cold facilities, food safety, or sustainability.
• Word count = 1,000-1,500 words.
• Must include headshot of author in high-res jpg format.
• Must include author’s full name, title and brief bio.
• Copy must be non-promotional, non-commercial. Any content promoting a company’s products or services will be omitted.
• Refrigerated & Frozen Foods reserves the right to edit according to brand style.
• Per brand policy, Refrigerated & Frozen Foods does not insert hyperlinks back to company’s websites.
• Refrigerated & Frozen Foods encourages you to share the link on your website and through your social media channels. The R&FF logo is available by request to post an excerpt on your website or eNewsletter. Posting the article on your website/eNewsletter without linking back to the article on our site is strictly prohibited and will be subject to copyright infringement.
