Once fully complete, the facility will create over 250 jobs for Macon and its surrounding communities, offering competitive benefits from day one.

The expansion will support Little Leaf Farms' rapid growth, as the brand is now the fastest growing packaged salad brand in the country.

Featuring Little Leaf Farms' fan-favorite Baby Crispy Green Leaf lettuce, the new Sesame Ginger Salad Kit includes Thai seasoned wonton strips, sliced almonds, toasted quinoa and sesame ginger dressing, delivering a convenient, fresh, flavor-packed meal ready to be enjoyed anytime.

The indoor farming company will triple capacity this year, providing locally-grown leafy greens across the Eastern and Central U.S.

The 10 additional acres of greenhouse space will increase Little Leaf Farms' Pennsylvania staff count to over 300 and support the company's expansion throughout the Southeast and Midwest regions, increasing its retail presence to over 7,000 grocery stores.

80 Acres Farms is positioned to expand its salad kit product line and develop dressings in-house, using ingredients from the company's precision-controlled farms.
