The new programs, Cultivate - Leadership Growth Lab and the FPSA Emerging Leaders Program, will debut in 2026 and directly address critical workforce development needs identified in FPSA's recently released Trends in U.S. Workforce Gap and Solutions study. 

With three fully-functional production lines, a brand-new feature – EATS Kitchen, dynamic sector stages, and the much-anticipated Innovation Awards, this year’s event invites attendees to see, taste, learn, and connect in ways never before possible. 

The EATS Production Line program highlights the latest processing and packaging technologies.

The EATS production line program features live hosted demonstrations using actual ingredients and culminating with a finished packaged product ready for the consumer.

 The conference, scheduled for March 19-21, at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in Phoenix, marks a strategic expansion of the former FPSA Annual Conference to create the industry's most comprehensive gathering of food production innovators.

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA), McLean, Va., surpassed exhibit space for PROCESS EXPO 2019, which took place Oct. 8-11 at Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Dairy and milk processing will once again be an integral part of this year’s PROCESS EXPO tradeshow event.

PROCESS EXPO will host over 600 exhibitors spanning 220,000 square feet of equipment, machinery and demos for buyers in all vertical industry sectors, including bakery, beverages, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, fruits and vegetables, co-packers and more.
