Agile Cold Storage partnered with Swisslog to launch an advanced automated cold storage facility in Gainesville, GA—tripling pallet capacity, improving energy efficiency, and setting the standard for scalable, high-performance 3PL cold storage solutions.

Scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025, Stockyards Cold will feature cutting-edge technology. 

The 292,000-square-foot cold storage facility is strategically located to meet the demands of the area’s underserved market.

Located in Vernon, the facility situates enhances Alpine Foods' ability to meet demand, particularly in the southwest market.

Scheduled to open in early 2025, the facility will employ state-of-the-art layer picking technology. 

The 300,000-square-foot warehouse was developed in partnership with Ambrose Property Group and built by ARCO Design/Build.

MWCold operates over 545,000-square-feet of strategically located warehouse space at two facilities in central Indiana.

Constellation Cold Logistics has announced that HSH Coldstores, a Constellation platform company, is significantly expanding its footprint. Plans have been submitted for a £15m development which will create up to 50 jobs at the leading business park on the south bank of the Humber, in the UK. When completed, the state-of-the art facility at Europarc business park will increase HSH Coldstores’ capacity in Grimsby by over 30,000 pallet positions.
