Eggland's Best, Cedar Knolls, N.J., is giving households in the Midwest a few extra minutes at the kitchen table with the launch of their new line of liquid eggs, made with whole, real, farm-fresh Eggland's Best eggs that come from hens fed a premium, all-vegetarian diet.

M.G. Waldbaum Co., a subsidiary of Michael Foods, Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Primera Foods Corp., a Cameron, Wis.-based liquid egg producer.
