Clio is shaking up the breakfast and snacking category with the world’s first Granola & Yogurt Parfait bar, available in Coconut and Strawberry with 10g of protein and loaded with probiotics, combining Clio’s signature creamy cheesecake-like yogurt with a layer of crunchy granola. Despite the complexity of producing these bars, Clio’s approach to ingredients is extremely straightforward. The base of the granola is made with toasted oats, slivered almonds, dried fruit, soy crisps and quinoa and is gluten free. In order to create a bar that’s part yogurt and part granola, all dipped in either a yogurt or chocolate coating, Clio has partnered with a facility to build a custom manufacturing line from the ground up, as all other manufacturers were not equipped to handle this truly novel product.
