CORE X Partners Breaks Ground on $200M Indiana Cold Storage Project
CORE X Partners today broke ground on their newest temperature-controlled storage and supply chain facility, the company’s eighth regional location and 15th warehouse within their national supply chain.
The CORE X CROWN facility will be developed in three phases, the last of which encompassing the full build, will span 450,000 square feet and provide 150 new jobs to Crown Point, Indiana. The company plans to invest $200 million by the time the project is completed.
Crown Point’s central location makes it ideal for a facility this size and will allow CORE X Partners to fulfill a wider range of national solutions to their customers.
CORE X Partners and their new CORE X CROWN will engage with local food banks and charities to reduce food waste in the regain with a goal of donating 1 million meals to food insecure families per year.
