In 2020, through their program, 365,291 plates of food were supplied to charities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Utah, including Food Cowboy and the Food Bank of South Jersey. RLS Logistics announced a service expansion in Terrell, Texas, to handle temperature-controlled direct-to-consumer fulfillment. The move expands the RLS footprint for its temperature-controlled D2C fulfillment services while enhancing capabilities in the region. What it means for many D2C start-ups and established eCommerce companies is that they can now reach 95% of the U.S. population with a 2-day ground service and 27% within one day.

The cornerstone of the plan is to partner with existing best-in-class operators in ten to twelve mega-regions of the U.S., as well as Eastern and Western Canada.
RLS Logistics has received food safety certification through the British Retail Consortium Global Standard (BRCGS), garnering the highest AA rating for at every one of its five cold storage facilities and for its distribution network. BRCGS certification is an internationally recognized distinction awarded to companies in the food storage and distribution industries that meet BRC Standards of best practices for quality, hygiene, and product safety.
