B & H Labeling Systems, Ceres, Calif., promoted Rodrigo Melo to assistant global field service manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of field service engineers around the world.

“Rodrigo is ideally suited to help manage our global field service team. He has great experience working directly with B & H customers around the world, and he’s gained solid management experience leading the field service team in Mexico,” says Bill Meeks, director of global field service and training. “His deep technical knowledge and his strong customer service philosophy make him a terrific resource for our team and our customers.”

Melo has worked with B & H for six years. Prior to this promotion, he was Mexico field service manager with B H Labeling Mexico.
