Hinds-Bock’s servo motor-driven pump fillers are said to be the most modern fillers on the market because they offer faster speed, a smaller footprint, a higher degree of accuracy and faster cleanup. Plus, they consume considerably less compressed air.

Thanks to a modern control system, the servo fillers are linked via Ethernet to the plant’s control system. They come in several sizes and configurations, and when teamed with the Hinds-Bock servo-traveling spout bridge, produce up to 330 meals per minute.

These fillers are designed to accurately fill frozen meal products such as gravies and sauces on prepared fish, meat and chicken for value-added entrees, macaroni and cheese, noodle casseroles, mashed potatoes and desserts.
