Ruiz Foods among top Hispanic-owned companies
Frozen Mexican foods processor Ruiz Foods, Dinuba, Calif., is California's largest Hispanic-owned manufacturing company and ranks third among the nation's top 500 U.S. Hispanic-owned manufacturing companies, according to Hispanic Business magazine. This June, the magazine's annual Top 500 issue also listed Ruiz as the nation's 16th largest Hispanic-owned business.
"Our growth this past year continues to be very solid," noted Bryce Ruiz, president and chief operating officer. We attribute this to our commitment to product quality, innovation and authenticity as we respond to the consumer's continued desire for Mexican food. We are very proud of what our team members and our vision continue to accomplish."
Ruiz is a privately held company led by third-generation family members Bryce Ruiz and Kim Ruiz, vice chairman. Both are children of co-founder, Chairman and CEO Fred Ruiz.
