VersaCold, Atlas merge
VersaCold Logistics, Vancouver, B.C., and Atlas Cold Storage, Toronto, officially merged and will operate under the named VersaCold Logistics Services.

VersaCold Logistics Services is based in Vancouver and operates more than 120 temperature-controlled warehouses worldwide.
