VersaCold Logistics, Vancouver, B.C., andAtlas Cold Storage, Toronto, officially merged and will operate under the namedVersaCold Logistics Services.

VersaCold Logistics Services is based in Vancouver and operates more than 120 temperature-controlled warehouses worldwide.
