The Jacksonville, Fla., design, engineering and construction firmStellarsaid it expects by this summer to complete a 140,000-square-foot addition to United State Cold Storage Inc.'s(USCS) public refrigerated warehouse in Fresno, Calif. Officials said the $14 million, project will include a storage area for products held at -20F. In addition, USCS will expand the facility's rail dock and add 18 truck bays.
The addition brings USCS Fresno's total size to 320,000 square feet. The operation features both frozen and chilled space as well as blast freezing services.
