Target selects Americold for southwest DC
Americold said Target signed a five-year triple net lease for approximately 100,000 square feet of space in Phoenix. The lease started on May 1 and brings the building to 100-percent occupancy, officials said.
"We are very pleased to add Target Corporation to the list of tenants for which we provide dedicated cold storage space," said Neal Rider, Americold COO and president. "The Phoenix location and our specialized, cold storage capabilities are ideal for Target's supply chain needs."
