Crystal Farms' cheese wedges deliver just 30 calories per serving, while

That’s because Crystal Farms, based in Minnetonka, Minn., added new cheese varieties to its growing array of product offerings.
At just 30 calories per serving, the cheese wedges make for a healthy snack, perfect for spreading on crackers, melting on vegetables or enjoying on the go. They come in a 4-ounce package of six individually wrapped wedges, and are available in Light Creamy Swiss, Light Garlic and Herb and Light Jalapeño Pepper.
Meanwhile, the pepper cheeses, available in 8-ounce packages of chunks and slices, come in Roasted Red Pepper, Pepper Jack and Jalapeño and Habanero Jack. The level of hotness, ranging from mild to hot, is noted on each product label.
