Taste of Norway, Inc., Philadelphia, launched new premium salmon products under itsTaste of Norwaybrand.
Cold Smoked Steelhead Salmon and Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon are both sustainably raised in the cold, clean fjords of Norway, and smoked using locally sourced black alderwood.
Meanwhile, the Premium Norwegian Salmon Portions come in an aluminum tray that goes straight in the oven or right on the grill. They’re available with different seasonings, such as Creole, Italian Herbs and Lemon Pepper.
