Heartland Steel Products, LLC, Marysville, Mich., acquired the assets of Industrial Concepts, Inc. (ICI), a Georgetown, Ky., material handling solutions provider with capabilities in robotic welding cells and lines, custom material handling conveyance and integration of automatic guided vehicles (AGV) systems.
