Mom Made Foods, Alexandria, Va., expanded its offering of “mom-approved” frozen meals with Mom Made Bites, available in Chicken & Apple Meatballsand Beef &Mom Made Bites meatballs Cheese Meatballs. These custom-crafted, small-sized meatballs are made with antibiotic-free meats and come packaged in 8-ounce cartons. Moms can serve them as meal-sized portions or as a component of a meal, from mini-kabobs with pineapple, to dippable appetizers, to kid-sized meatball sub sandwiches, to the more traditional pasta and sauce.

“There are very few child-focused meat products on the market that are healthy and taste good,” says Heather Stouffer, founder. “My kids love meatballs, and the decision to introduce the Bite-Size Chicken & Apple Meatballs and Bite-Size Beef & Cheese Meatballs was easy. I feel good about serving these to my own kids, and am excited to bring the new flavors to the market, in addition to the Turkey Meatballs.”
