Digital X-Ray Detectors with Real-Time Imaging
Teledyne DALSA, a Canada-based unit of Teledyne Technologies, introduced two new models to its Shad-o-Box HS X-ray detector line. 
The new detectors deliver real-time frame rates of up to 10 fps, high sensitivity and superb resolution in a single-tile, large area device that is fully integrated and features a fast, reliable Gigabit Ethernet interface.
The detectors offer a unique combination of higher resolution and fast imaging suitable for industrial x-ray inspection, scientific imaging and non-destructive testing, including printed circuit board inspection, microfocus computed tomography and small-animal imaging.
Shad-o-Box HS detectors leverage Teledyne DALSA’s advanced CMOS image sensing technology, enabling the delivery of low-dose x-ray images that yield higher image quality than a-Si flat panels and image intensifier devices.
