AGRO Merchants Group, Alpharetta, Ga., completed the acquisition of Opticool B.V., located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This partnership with Opticool will add true commodity expertise to the AGRO Merchants Group portfolio of companies. Opticool specializes in the fruit logistics sector, providing comprehensive solutions, including inbound transport, warehousing, inspections, re-packing, retail labeling and other value-added services.
