TruControl is a unique e-signature application. Dubbed eSignLive,thedevice captures driver signatures in secure, digital format, thus enabling instant online verification for deliveries and driver debriefing.

Forfail-safe clocking of all drivers and employees, TruTime offers web-based management of attendance and human resources functions for high security, instant access and reduced administration handling. All employee movements are analysed. The system also produces full reports, including absenteeism, employee history, digital tacho card data and real-time attendance.

TruChecks is a tried-and-tested mobile system that allows drivers to complete daily vehicle inspections quickly, accurately and without the need for manual form-filling. Now available on Android, Apple and Windows operating systems, this new app features enhanced graphics with easier-to-manage functions that capture all of the information required by VOSA inspectors. The app also provides type-specific and configurable checklists for all vehicles and trailers. Once a vehicle check has been completed, it is automatically emailed to the office for data storage or remedial action, should it be necessary. Thereafter, checklists can easily be recalled for inspections and workshop maintenance.

TruLicence is an online checking and validation service that reduces manual administration and enables companies to demonstrate a “duty of care” toward drivers. TruLicence also helps to protect against employees driving without a valid licence and guards against potential litigation in the event of accidents where a driver’s licence is found to be invalid.
