La Huerta USA, Houston, Texas, launched an organic frozen food label called Little Farm Organics.

This line, made of Grade-A vegetables, comes in Broccoli Florets, California Style Blend, Carrot Medley, Cauliflower Florets, Chopped Curled Kale, Chopped Spinach, Cut Green Beans and Zucchini Medley in 10- and 12-ounce packages.

“Even though organic food sales are increasing by the double digits annually, and more than 80% of parents reported buying organic food for their families last year, there are limited options available in the frozen foods section,” says Jose Arteaga, president. “We want to change that by providing accessible, affordable, high-quality organic options.”
