Cambridge Engineered Solutions opens sales, support center to serve European, Middle Eastern, African customers
The facility, based in the Netherlands, offers service during Central European business hours with multilingual support available.
To better serve its food processing customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Cambridge Engineered Solutions, Cambridge, Md., opened a service center in ‘s-Gravenzande, the Netherlands, the European home of Rexnord FlatTop Conveyor Chains and Components. Cambridge is a Rexnord company.
Cambridge customers in the three regions now have access to a European-based sales and support team and an all-encompassing product portfolio of power transmission products that includes metal and plastic belts as well as bearings, gears and other conveyor components.
The center also offers Cambridge customers increased availability to sales and customer service representatives with multiple language capabilities, including English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish. Orders and service center requests can be handled directly by staff at the EMEA hub.
In addition, Cambridge now offers improved delivery times for products manufactured and stocked at the Dutch facility.
