Gold Coast Packing, Santa Maria, Calif., released Caulifornia Riced Vegetable Sides, a new side dish line that offers 100% riced cauliflower or a blend of riced cauliflower, broccoli and carrots accompanied by a sauce. The side dish kit comes in Garlic Herb and Butter, Ginger Garlic and Spanish Rice.

“The success and feedback we received from our first Caulifornia products inspired us to take that line to the next level. This line is for those who want a healthy alternative, but don’t want to spend so much time with all the prep work. The sauces can be paired with any meal, the possibilities are endless,” says Karl Lipscomb, product development.

Caulifornia Riced Vegetable Sides are ready in 3.5 minutes and boast a 16-day shelf life.
