Danfoss, Bethpage, N.Y., purchased minority shares in Nelumbo, Hayward, Calif.

Nelumbo developed a unique surface treatment technology for improved heat exchanger performance and corrosion resistance.

With this investment, Danfoss continues to add significant new technology to its portfolio of solutions and services.
