Diversified Port Holdings, the Jacksonville, Fla.-based parent company of Portus and Seaonus, rebranded to Patriot Ports, further strengthening the combined entity's focus on providing innovative turnkey logistics solutions in the marine and inland logistics sectors. 

The Eagle that currently represents the rail companies will now represent the port entities, unifying the two transportation service organizations.
