Morgan Truck Body, LLC and its subsidiary, Morgan Canada Corp., Morgantown, Pa., acquired Multivans, Inc., a Canada-based truck body manufacturer. Multivans will continue to operate as a separate entity as Morgan-Multivans Canada Corp.
