Ancor Capital Partners, a Dallas, Texas-based private equity firm, announced the sale of Simply Fresh Foods, Buena Park, Calif., to Lakeview Farms LLC, Delphos, Ohio.

Owned by Sequel Holdings LP, Dallas, Texas, Lakeview Farms produces fresh dips, desserts and specialty products, while Simply Fresh Foods produces fresh, all-natural salsas and dips under the Rojo’s brand.
