TransForce, Inc., Alexandria, Va., acquired Drive360 Logistics, a Windermere, Fla.-based transportation recruitment firm focusing on truck drivers and diesel mechanics.

Drive360 Logistics’ management team of Craig Ferguson and Rich Holland will remain at the helm and will continue to operate the business line for TransForce.
