Marquee Brands acquires Emeril Lagasse brand
The Emeril Lagasse brand entails a variety of easy-to-prepare frozen snacks and refrigerated pasta.
Marquee Brands LLC, New York, acquired the Emeril Lagasse brand and all related intellectual property from Sequential Brands Group, New York. Through this acquisition, Marquee Brands will establish a home and food division with two preeminent brands.
Founded by Emeril Lagasse, the Emeril Lagasse brand entails a variety of easy-to-prepare frozen snacks and refrigerated pasta.
