New Harvest Foods acquires H. Brooks and Co., J&J Distributing

New Harvest Foods, Brooklyn, N.Y., acquired H. Brooks and Co., Minneapolis, and its affiliate J&J Distributing, St. Paul, Minn. This transaction brings together the complementary strengths of both organizations to create a new and stronger healthy foods company called New Harvest Foods.

“We’ve put in place a team that has successfully integrated and grown companies before,” adds Jason Jaynes, owner of The Dragonfly Group, which controls New Harvest Foods, and chairperson of the New Harvest Foods board of directors.
