Trugman-Nash, LLC, the Chatham, N.J.-based maker of Old Croc Australian cheddar, introduced new Grand Reserve Australian vintage cheddar.
Crafted with milk from grass-fed cows and non-GMO ingredients, Old Croc’s Grand Reserve is carefully aged 2 full years for a creamy, yet crumbly texture with crunchy crystals.
“This is a truly special cheese, and one I take extra pride in,” says Ken Meyers, president and CEO. “I personally grade every lot of this cheese and select only the finest grade to bear the Grand Reserve name.”
Old Croc Grand Reserve is available in a wide variety of cuts, including 10-ounce retail, 24-ounce club and a 10-pound loaf for cut and wrap.
